The Custom Luminous Facial is a 75-minute, fully personalized facial for clients who want professional guidance without being placed into a one-size-fits-all protocol. Heather evaluates how your skin looks and feels that day, then selects the exfoliation, mask and finishing products that best fit your goals.

Your skin can change with the season, sun exposure, travel, stress, product use and Arizona's dry air. That is why this facial is customized at every visit. One appointment may focus on hydration and barrier comfort, while another may emphasize texture, congestion or a brighter-looking surface.

A facial can improve the temporary look and feel of the skin, but it does not treat medical conditions or promise permanent correction. Active acne, persistent rashes, suspicious lesions and other health concerns may require evaluation by a medical professional.

What is included in the Custom Luminous Facial?

1. Consultation and skin assessment. Heather reviews your current routine, priorities, sensitivities and recent treatments.
2. Thorough double cleanse. Makeup, sunscreen, oil and surface debris are gently removed to prepare the skin.
3. Customized exfoliation. Depending on candidacy, this may include an enzyme mask, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion or a physical exfoliant.
4. Facial massage and mask. A relaxing massage is paired with a nourishing mask selected for your skin. An optional lifting and hydrating enhancement may be available.
5. Extended relaxation. Hand, arm and neck massage are incorporated into the appointment.
6. Finishing products. Targeted serums, eye cream, moisturizer, SPF and a soothing lip treatment complete the facial.

The service is $150 and scheduled for 75 minutes. A $50 deposit is required for new clients. The exact treatment sequence may be adjusted when your skin, comfort or safety calls for a different approach.

Preparing for your appointment

Arrive ready to share the products and prescriptions you use, recent waxing or resurfacing treatments, ingredient allergies and any history of unusual reactions. Avoid arriving with a sunburn, open skin, an active rash or infection in the treatment area. Do not begin an aggressive new exfoliation routine just before the facial.

If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication that affects the skin, or under care for a dermatologic condition, tell Heather before the appointment. Questions outside esthetic care should be discussed with your healthcare professional.

Aftercare in Tucson's dry, sunny climate

Your aftercare depends on the exfoliation chosen during the facial. In general, use a gentle cleanser, comfortable moisturizer and broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher; limit avoidable heat and direct sun; and wait to resume strong exfoliants until Heather advises you to do so. Consistent home care matters more than chasing a complicated routine.
